LithoLexal® ELEMENTAL provides 2,188 mg of a unique plant-based ingredient, specific to all LithoLexal® products, different from the rock-based ingredient (dolomite) of generic and branded calcium products available today, which by nature is difficult to absorb.

Your body gradually reabsorbs calcium and phosphate from your bones, which weakens your bones. Few people are aware that 100% of the skeleton is replaced in the first year of a child’s life and that 10% of your entire skeleton is rebuilt each year, when you are an adult.
